West Coast Urology offers convenient appointment times for our patients. We open earlier than most practices to allow our patients access to convenient parking and to complete their office visit before they begin their busy day. Also, one day a week we offer extended evening hours.

For your convenience, we offer an ONLINE consultation for vasectomy patients.  Why leave your home or fight traffic? You can talk with Dr. Shahrad Aynehchi or Dr. Sepehr Nowfar from the convenience of your home.  Call the office for the easy steps to set up your virtual/online consultation. Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Early Morning Hours
Please ask our staff about our early morning appointments.

For our No Needle No Scalpel Vasectomy patients we have set aside Friday’s to accommodate our vasectomy patients.  We perform the majority of vasectomies on Fridays so that patients can take the weekend to recover and return to work on Monday.
