Dr. Pugach and the team at West Coast Urology were fantastic to work with. The experience was top notch from start to finish. From the initial phone call explaining the process and scheduling the consult, to the welcoming and friendly staff at check-in, to Dr. Pugach himself and the surgical team, everyone was at the top of the game.

The procedure itself was quick, painless, and easy. Dr. Pugach had done a great job in the consultation of setting expectations and he met them exactly. There was no pain during the surgery, just a very minor set of taps as the Novocain was applied similar to a very small snap of a latex glove. Once the Novocain took effect there was nothing but some minor pulling sensations. The entire event was completely stress free even having some conversation with the staff while the procedure was taking place.

Recovery was simple and quick as well. Again, the team at West Coast Urology set expectations well; just some lounging on the sofa for a day and icing every couple hours. 24 hours later I was up and around as normal. I’ll need to avoid vigorous activity for a week but two days later I don’t feel any different from when I entered the clinic.
